The 2022-2023 City Strategic Plan (updated in 2024) includes a project to evaluate the Development Review Committee (DRC) process and Site Plan requirements. It has been over 13 years since this process was last thoroughly reviewed. Most current DRC staff were not involved in that previous effort, and with significant technological advancements since then, now is an appropriate time to revisit and modernize the process.

The goal of this project is to create a more efficient and streamlined approach that benefits both staff and the public, while improving the overall review of development projects.

This survey is designed to gather feedback on the current process and identify potential improvements.
